This is the second time that I have used their services and it was one of the best experiences I have ever had. They presented me too many designs to select from and it was very tough to choose from them as they were all great.

"Zero Stars"

Our experience with Video Jeeves has been nothing but a time-consuming/time-wasting nightmare. The big picture: Video Jeeves NEVER got my business name correct in any of the drafts they sent me. I rarely spoke to the same person more than once; even though they insisted I WAS speaking to the same person, the voice and conversational mannerisms were glaringly different. There was an extreme language and culture barrier that resulted in one mistake-filled draft after another. When I requested a refund, all communications ceased, even though I was told that Ray #2 would speak to his manager and I’d get a call back.

Do yourself a favor, take a day off work and learn how to build your own free website. It will be 100 times better than anything Video Jeeves could come up.
