I enjoyed my experience with VideoJeeves. They were willing to make all of the changes that I requested, never complained and delivered a quality video in a reasonable amount of time. I will definitely use them again.

In order to ensure that your video project is a success, I would suggest writing your own script and providing a rough draft of some of the design concepts that you are looking for in the video. This will save you time and make sure that they understand the important points that you are trying to illustrate in the video. Do your homework.

"Incredibly unethical company"

Incredibly unethical company. Total ripoff!!! They owe us money for expediting a project for us but didn't hit the deadline and won't return the money. Now, because I give them unfavorable reviews, they are holding our project hostage until we take down our reviews. The most arrogant and untrustworthy company I have ever dealt with in over 20 years. Don't give them your money unless your passion is high frustration and obliteration of your hard earned money. It will be interesting to see how the Consumer Protection Agency and the Federal Trade Commission handles these characters!!! Pathetic!!!!!.............

This was our first experience with creating a video. VideoJeeves did a great job on creating what we were envisioning. I would recommend them to any business that is looking to create an animated video. They were kind, listened and made any and all changes without question and no additional charge.

"Great Invention Explainer Video"

I needed an animated video to explain my invention. The video I wanted was a little bit long and involved but that is how I wanted it to really explain my invention. Invention by definition is an idea or a concept for a device design something that has never existed before. Explaining a new invention is not an easy task when such a concept never existed before. I started to search the internet for companies that did such a video. After looking at many sample videos companies I chose VideoJeeves. Mr. Kenneth Parks with the help of Mr. Ray Smith took command of the project and made sure that everything I wanted was in the video, page by page frame by frame. Mr. Kenneth Parks made sure that the video came out exactly the way I wanted it. It took longer than projected but I was okay with that because I wanted the video to be good. One advice is Skype with screen sharing is a must. After the video was completed and I compared it to what the other companies are offering I have come to the conclusion that the final cut video done by Mr. Kenneth Parks is absolutely the Crown Prince of all the inventions explainer animated videos. I am so happy with that I would like you to go to youtube and look up:

"Really bad results (nice guys but...)…"

Really bad results (nice guys but...) on a simple white-boarding project. Multiple spelling mistakes, grammatical errors and we (customer) had to write scripts, review multiple times and in many cases had to correct edits that were not done right 2 or 3 times. Very frustrating and time consuming. Multiple project manager which caused "re-dos" on many occasions. At the end of the project all involved I'm sure were totally fed-up with the project. On a positive note, VJ is VERY reasonably priced!
