Faulty product, though at no fault of habitatpets.

I purchased 3 x Fuzzy Fox Xylivore Mix, which again is usually a great product on sale at heavily discounted price. Should of stuck with my gut and went to a local store for them.

The issue being after making the mix and setting it in the fridge for a couple days, when I went to feed the aquarium the food would just not sink. Left it overnight hoping it would get water logged and eventually sink but no such luck (the food is for bottom dwelling fish). Just scooped it from the top of the waterline before it polluted the water quality.

We would have no problem purchasing from Habitat again.

I went to collect an online order but when I went in, I found so many items that I had been looking for - a different chain was out of my dogs food but they had it which was great. They also had the dental chews I was after and dog ice cream which no one seems to have any more.
Also went back to use the dog wash which is really helpful as it's always open - very handy so close to Christmas. A great store, will definitely be back
