My local store was unable to fulfil an order I wanted. I was able to click and collect from a different store and then have them transfer it to my local store when it was ready (just a few hours later!). So very convenient.

Ordered a large order weeks prior to going away and organised for the goods to be delivered to my holiday destination well in advance. I followed up with a courteous phone call to understand the status of the delivery. Was advised I’d get a phone call back that same day advising next steps and an update. Never heard anything back. Disappointing delivery and customer service. I’d think twice before using them again.
