It's always a pleasure to pick up my orders and various pet requirements at Habitat Chirnside Park. You couldn't ask for a more helpful group of people. Very importantly for me, everyone understands that I am severely hearing impaired and no one becomes impatient with my inability to hear. I wish that was the case everywhere. I just find my orders take a while to be dispatched and when they do arrive, the boxes are usually pretty beaten up! Aramex aren’t the most careful of carriers. But thank you for a great web site that is easy to navigate!!!

I placed an order 2 weeks ago and it has still not arrived!!!

I live in the same state so it should not take that long to deliver. Usually my orders are delivered the same week. Secondly I have now been charged $50 delivery which I normally don't get charged any fee. I had to email to ask why as there is no information on your website explaining the changes to your delivery.
