I still haven’t received my order! Aramex would be one of the worst performing courier companies. This is the third time I have had an extensively delayed delivery. Their tracking system is pathetic; I can’t ring their business in Adelaide to speak to a representative; they only have a recorded message. I would strongly urge Habitat Pet Supplies to not use this company in future. They are letting your business down poorly & immeasurably. I suspect consumers will think twice before ordering when the courier company used is Aramex; I certainly will.

Last order something went wrong with my PayPal payment so I rang customer service . The lass I spoke to was so lovely , and IMMEDIATELY fixed the issue for me . "So much mucking around"

Went to pick up click and collect order. No one could find it. Even though an email was sent saying it was delivered and ready to be picked up days ago. The order couldn't even be found in the system. Finally 20 mins later are told it's at another store that's only 30 mins away. No. That's 1 hour there and back. So it is being sent to our store which is 5 mins from where we live. And we have to go back to pick it up.
