"One Traveller staff and tour managers are the best"

One Traveller look after their customers extremely well from first contact. I have been on 7 holidays with them and found all their tour managers to be extremely attentive to their customers needs and interests. Where there is a free day, tour managers research the area and give advice and guidance on what people can do if they wish to see more of a particular area.

Excellent guide and some lovely trips. Shame about the rain but that couldn’t be helped.
Milan trip was very interesting although I found that local guides give far too much information. Sometimes it is nice to spend sometime just looking at your own pace.
It would also have been nice to have more time to enjoy The hotel and town.
Thought pre trip meeting was a very good idea.

Superb tour leader Serena and local guide Gracia(?)Hotel- very helpful staff good location . Only disappointment was the food-adequate but not very interesting in main restaurant. Risotto in Italian restaurant was Very Dull.
Overall very good, varied, programme., including going down the hill in a basket!

My holiday was well organised and very interesting. Any issue, and there was really only one that affected everyone, was dealt with efficiently and without fuss. The hotels were of a good standard and oneor two were excellent. I loved being able to have a swim in the hotel pools after a long exciting day of exploring and driving. There wasn't a great deal of variety for a non meat eater in Turkey but the lentil soup was good and the hotel buffets made it easier to find what suited me. The tour manager Dario was super and the local guide, Morat, was very knowledgeable. Overall a wonderful experience.

First time with one traveller, nervous being on my own,,but from my first meeting with Carol our tour guide iwas made to feel really welcome, the whole holiday from start to finish was just great,every day was very well organized to show you the best of the country, will definitely be booking with one traveller again

Helpful information before booking. Excellent tour leader for whom nothing was too much trouble. Arrangements for dinner meant we had the opportunity to mix.

Our tour was well organised and planned and our guide, Serena, was excellent. The various trips we did, winery, oyster farm etc, were very good and had been well researched. My fellow travellers were very plesant and good company.
