"Absolutely shocking customer service"

Absolutely shocking customer service. I emailed last week and have been on the phone every day for over an hour, yet still no response. This is the worst company ever. I have a card I got from my job, but every time I try to activate it, it says it's associated with a different user.

"The ordering system this year was better but the after sale service on sourcing pin numbers was poor - no response from IT support on all emails sent regarding these issues ."

The ordering system this year was better and all cards arrived on time however the support system in registering cards was very poor .Employees needed to remember their security log in pin from last year which is unrealistic and when they tried registering cards and clicking " forgot security pin" the number did not go to their email address or phone by text ,instead we were required to call support with waiting times of 85 minutes which was crazy .Is it possible to password protect all employees security pin numbers and send to us with our order so we can assist them then in registering their cards .We still have a large number of employees who cannot register their cards given the long wait time over the phone

"Received card from company for…"

Received card from company for Christmas. contacted Perx over a week ago on email about the valid surname and being unable to validate card. Rang and was told it was an hour wait time on the phone. Disappointing so close to Christmas

"Shocking customer service"

Shocking customer service. Will never use this company again. I feel so bad as I am the one who purchased thousands of euro's worth of cards for our team in work and nobody can get through to customer service. Never again, I've been on hold for over an hour yesterday and 20 minutes today so far! phone bill running up :( please do not buy from Perx

"Unhelpful"

- Horrible website design
- Too much 'security'
- Unhelpful customer service

I can't use my card, because I can't set up the security code. I called customer service, and although the waiting time was '1-2 minutes', it took 35 minutes for someone to pick up.

After they picked up, they told me I called the wrong department and put me on hold again. After almost another 15 minutes of waiting, I gave up.

"Terrible company"

This company is a disgrace to deal with, worst customer service i have ever had to deal with. They keep you on the phones to run up your bill, they are a shower of scam artists.

They replied to say they are working on it, this company should be avoided at all costs, i waited over an hour to get through and this agent Chris just hung up on me, beggars belief that with this level of service that they are still in business, its not perx rewards, its perx punishments, if you want to hang on to your employees then dont give them a card from this company.

"Ive experienced no"Perx" of this gift (Once again)"

The annual event. Once again this company shows its incredulous level of incompetence. Not available by any means of contact.
The system/protocol they are operating is deliberately frustrating and slow in order to reap their exorbitant inactive account fees for people who (Understandably) dont have 2 hrs to spend on the phone to complain.
Complaint made to the consumer rights commission.

"My experience has been as bad as…"

My experience has been as bad as everyone else on here. Couldn’t log in to my existing account. Tried multiple times to get through to customer service and same issues as previous reviews. In the end, set up a new account with a different email address. For my new account I used all the same information as on previous account such as name, address and phone number, the only difference was the email address. This worked and within 5 minutes I had my new account set up, my card registered and unlocked. Overall, a very stressful experience but would advise anyone with a similar experience to set up a new account.

"2nd year receiving Perx card from my…"

2nd year receiving Perx card from my company at Christmas and second time having issues , invalid surname
Sent multiple emails , recieved automated response which was little or no help
Rang the support line was on hold for over an hour
When my call was answered I was told the problem was with surnames with a hyphen or coma , and IT where looking into it and it ll take 2/3 working days to sort
Dreading trying again in 2/3 working days so bloody frustrating, surely after years providing the service it can be streamlined to work efficiently
