What a joke…. Got my card today and spent over 1 hour trying to activate it. I can’t activate on my phone or computer.
The website is not helping at all as I can’t seem to put in my birthday as it won’t let me.
Getting really frustrated so I tried to ring the number provided but you have to wait 41 minutes… sorry but get yourself a a decent Customer Service to deal with issues like this.
What a waste of time!

"Huge disappointment "

Got a perx card from my employer at the end of November. Trouble setting it up so trying to contact them via email and phone only to be left unanswered or the call cutting off. I even had my employer trying to get an answer off them and it's the same for them.
After weeks I get an answer as to why my card is associated to a different account - its not even my email. Don't want to wait for ages again to get a response via email, so again on the phone trying to get an answer and waiting over 45 minutes with still no answer. Customer service is shocking.
