Signed up to emails never received a subscription email or the discount code. Sent three emails to the company never received a reply really poor customer service. Despite that they had products I wanted to order so placed an order but it took a few days to dispatch. Received order and they had replaced an item with something else. No email to confirm this beforehand which is very disappointing, to offer me different options like a refund or replacement/s just a like it or lump it approach. Need much better communication. Wouldn't order from them again as really not on the ball.
