"Terrible company"

Terrible company. Took my money and did not ship what I ordered and did not respond to questions.

I placed and order few days ago and I just received an e-mail that the order is confirmed. First red flag was that there was no security code requested when I paid with my Visa (usually I am requested to enter a special code). In the next few days I was expecting to receive some updates. When I tried to reach the site for a half a day the access to it was blocked via my browser as not secured. I sent an e-mail to the site and no feedback. In addition I tried to chat with the support with no success. Then I tried to follow the instructions to cancel my order as this is something that is described as possible. However, I am not able as there is no link "cancel" as it is mentioned on the web site.
SO I am totally disappointed and I am mad to myself that I have not read the reviews here.

No response or delivery, money taken and not refunded. Do not use this company. They also trade and have a website called Sale Spirits, a virtual office in London but not listed as a company within the building. They need to be reported and stopped.

Did not receive any type of confirmation or order tracking number for my order which I paid and the customer support don’t answer to email, text messages or phone calls. I can’t recommend this service to anyone.

I ordered product from the site and when it arrived (vodka in the box) was all faulty and cheap
The plastic parts were falling off as well as ornaments at the bottle
I sent pictures and explanations at their mail and at their chat on website ad even called mobile phone from the site...
no response, not even in spam, not a single response for two weeks...

They say that they will get in touch in 12 hours... nothing

I lost every hope in contacting them for past two weeks about return so I had to write here...

If you want to buy something faulty and never get response, feel free to buy from this site

J'ai commandé et fait livrer de l'alcool en Suisse. Au préalable j'ai demandé à Wevino si je n'aurais pas de frais de ports ou douane ou autres taxe en + des 30€ payls sur leur site pour la livraison. Ils m"ont assuré que non.
Une semaine après avoir reçu ma livraison j'ai reçu une facture de 170€ de DHL!!!!!!!!!
Wevino s'est platement excusé de l'" incident" mais n'a rien fait pour ne serait-ce me rembourser qu'une partie.
C'est malhonnête et pas commercial.
Cela me reste en travers la gorge !

Var lidt nervøs ved bestillingen, da firmaet ikke havde de bedste anbefalinger på Trustpilot, men der var der ingen grund til. Spiritus til en god pris, og mærker, som ikke kan købes så mange andre steder.

The wrong item was delivered. This order #1091 has been placed for ‘SINGLE MALT’, and instead sent ‘FOUNDER’S RESERVE’.

It is very very disappointing!

The seller was notified on his email ‘info @ allspirits.irish’ and ‘info @ wevino.store’.

The order was placed on 23rd of November in Seller website allspirits.irish, just later has found out it belongs to wevino.store, noticed in transaction details while tried to cancel it.

This order has never been dispatched.

The seller disguised the website so it looks like it’s based in Ireland. The seller has not been responsive, once I asked him to cancel the order and the full refund, neither to a numerous phone calls +353 1 525 3013, +39 040 972 0422 nor to chat/email.
