Good product- i bought refurbished nokia earbuds and they only cost £15 including delivery and theyre really good quality. Not used them outside yet but battery life died after 20 mins - currently charging so hoping there isnt an issue with the battery power.

Have used SMG a few times over the last month (purchased some items - was impressed - so bought a few more..) The speed and quality of service has genuinely impressed me, items are dispatched and delivered incredibly quickly. Items that I have purchased have been of a high quality (to the point that I have spent WAY more than i should buying more of them..) Will definitely use again. Rare to find a company with such good service these days

"Not as advertised "

I received a refurbished phone in "Good" condition but on setting up there was a problem with the wifi - it would not turn on. This was a shame but I had to return and I requested a replacement.
I received the replacement today and immediately instigated a return for a refund.

The phone they sent had chips and scratches all over it. The screen was a disgrace how this could be sent in good faith is beyond me. I am disgusted hence 1 star.

I should add that I dealt with this company indirectly through Backmarket. Backmarket have been very good so far
I shall rate them once I have resolved the issue.

"Very pleased with an HP Win11 laptop"

Bought Win11 laptop having selected the options I needed. It arrived earlier than expected and was just as ordered.
The Li-ion was uncharged but soon had sufficient charge for power on.
The OS installed on boot up and there were no nasty surprises.
I did query one detail and received an immediate response.
It's early days but so far 10/10 to SMC.
