Fast free next day delivery. The Xbox I purchased was labelled as good condition but I it has a lot of dents over the front, as well as the trim on the back being out of place on the inside, it's clearly been opened which voids the warranty so I won't be able to go to microsoft for any issues or probably be able to resell it in the future. After finally being able to play a game I found the controller has very severe stick drift and is unable to be used. Xbox was sent with the wrong cable, I was sent a display port cable instead of a hdmi and the power cable is about 30cm long. Over all I feel I over paid for this Xbox and I'm not happy with this purchase.

My monitor arrived really quickly and works great.
My only issue was around cleaning. There was still old food stains (looks like jam) on the base. I cleaned this off easily, so would have expected this to be done before being posted.
All in all, not really an issue.

"DEFLECTING BY REQUESTING THE SAME INFORMATION OVER AND OVER"

Bought a laptop back in 2021 which has started to show more problems. I wanted to know about the warranty.
So for the past week I've been emailing their team back and forth.
They couldn't find me on their system despite me providing them with requested details - name, address, the confirmation email (which displays this info already), even a screenshot of the bank transaction!
Only for them to keep deflecting and asking for the same details and saying they will look into it.

I'm never purchasing again... For your own peace of mind don't buy in case - God forbid, the item becomes faulty they won't help!
