Laptop was competitively priced, received quickly, very well packaged and in a condition as described. So far it works as expected and we were able to upgrade to windows 11. Unexpectedly I found 8 word documents which appeared to be written by a student, quickly deleted so no issues. Overall very pleased.

I wanted a specific monitor to match the one I already have . Tried eBay but nothing suitable or too far away to pick up. Stumbled across stock must go and they had a special Easter promotion so picked up a bargain . Post was £2.99 for 1-3 day delivery. Ordered Monday , and DPD were clever enough to deliver to my local shop as I am normally at work . Monitor arrived very well packed with mains and hdmi leads and works and is in perfect condition . Will use stock must go again

Regarding Order numbers 141037 & 141055, which were purchased on January 21, 2024, I returned them under the sellers "14 day money back guarantee" on January 30th using the Royal Mail returns tracking process provided by the seller. However, I still haven't received my refund. The seller refuses to provide a refund, on the ground that Royal Mail lost the parcel. Since the parcel return label was generated via Sock Must Go, it is the seller's duty to pursue compensation from Royal Mail for the misplaced parcel. Stock Must Go are failing to fulfil their legal obligation under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. I am baffled as to how they believe they can escape accountability for this situation.

After 10 days of ordering through Back Market I am yet to receive my phone, which has been lost in the post by Royal Mail.
Despite this being know to the seller I am yet to receive a conclusion of either a replacement or a refund. Awful and useless customer service, highly regretting having chosen to buy from Back Market / Stock must go ltd. Avoid!!!!!!!!
