Paid extra for saturday delivery. It arrived on monday
the laptop is faulty,,return can be arranged but the system doesn't recognise my order no. CS gave me another number.Its not recognised.
Shockingly bad service, wish i'd never found them. cannot contact them, they stopped answering mail. Found enough time to remind me to give a review though.

It is highly disappointing that my second order of laptop has to be returned again. On the outside, it looked nice and clean but it did not come on easily, I needed to press it for like 2 minutes, and it went off again, and I am not able to configure it because it keeps dying.
