My ordered a laptop for my son in November for a Christmas present. A. Few weeks after using it the laptop will not turn on anymore. I contacted stock must go via two different email address’ a info one and a complaints one.. as their phone line is constantly ‘temporarily closed’, I have sent multiple emails and I keep being ignored! All I would like is a replacement laptop or a refund! This is against the law to deny me of these things. I am seriously fed up.

Laptop has arrived with a cracked screen - charger for a day before using and turned on and the bottom left part is smashed which now makes half the screen unusable

Refurbished item sent did not power up (which questions the refurbish process). Offered a replacement. After 2 weeks I was informed that they did not have a replacement so refund given. Item was a present for my son so had to let him down twice.
Note: Ordered the same product from MusicMagpie and it arrived working the next day, hence my disappointment with SMG.

Ease of ordering. Laptop came quicker than expected and extremely well packaged. Item looks brand new and un used which surprised me was expecting some wear on it. Over all extremely peased so far.
