I ordered an xbox one for my son for Christmas, however it didn't turn on, so I returned it, credit to them they sent the replacement really quick, but unfortunately this one was also faulty, I have returned this one aswell at my own expense and I'm now waiting for another replacement, my son still has no Christmas present 😒.... following all the faulty replacements I would rather just have a refund

Great price and fast service. Item should have been packed into a cardboard box rather than just a post bag. As it’s a collectors edition the condition of the item is very important. By having no protection in transit it arrived in far from perfect condition. This would be fine for other items where you’re only concerned about what’s in the packaging. Would have been 5 stars otherwise.
