Ordered/paid for a PS5 and after three days a PS4 was delivered. Therefore I can't rate the quality of what was ordered for obvious reasons. Staff were good when I moaned and they await the return of the PS4 before they'll despatch the PS5, which I get, but a further delay is created and the birthday that the PS5 was meant to be a gift for will be long gone.

Delivery was good, Laptop processes softaware perfectly, hardware is not in prestine condition as advertised. Battery drains extremely fast, ALT key not functioning properly. Have only been using for 2 to 3 weeks.
