I ordered my item (refurbished) 2 weeks ago. After some issues with the courier and Import duty to Ireland - I received my product. It is like brand new - has all the accessories, perfectly clean and works like new. In relation to the logistics issues I have had lots of engagement with the company and found them to be responsive. Just one thing to watch - you cannot talk to anyone here if things do go wrong.
