I recently had a session with Mr. Jake for my CV preparation, and I was thoroughly impressed with the guidance and thoughts that he had provided. Jake was super helpful and very professional throughout our session. He took the time to address all my doubts, regardless of their size. His inputs were very much to the point, which made it easy for me to understand the necessary changes for my CV. Thanks to Jake's guidance, I now have a brilliant CV and would definitely recommend Mr Jake to anyone who want to enhance their CV.

I completed the SEN Level 2 Teaching assistant course with Think Employment and could not be more pleased with the course and everything involved. The course was filled with so much information which enabled me to pass every module. My tutor Aimee Horsely was brilliant in helping me get through all my work and replying to any mails I sent with any questions I had. She went above and beyond to encourage and make sure I would complete the course and pass! Couldn’t be more grateful for all the hard work she has put in. Thank you

I did the teaching assistant course with think employment. My tutors being Janet and Alice. Both are fantastic nothing is too much for them. Always reply with great help, always happy to help with whatever questions and since the course I now have a job as a teaching assistant in a reception class, I couldn’t thank them all enough. Definitely recommend

I have learned so many things about autism and received great support in many areas. When I do compare my first work to the last one, Big difference! I am pround of myself and say thank you so much to Laura. I am so happy 😊 —Now I can move to the next stage.

"I had virtually no tutor support for…"

I had virtually no tutor support for the cyber security level 3 course. Then, when I had completed the course, I heard nothing from them at all. I started the course in April 2024 and I submitted the final unit (on time) at the end of July 2024. It is now February 2025. I have tried to communicate with them several times. All they ever say (if I get a reply) is that they are short of staff but that my completed course will be marked and not to worry. I don't believe them anymore. They have made no effort to contact me at all. It's like they get the government funding for you as a student and then forget about you. All they had to do was keep me informed. Not good.

Communication between tutor very robotic and lacking human traits. No zoom class or any type of human interaction. You feel alone often . No real understanding of personal situations you might be going through . Id avoid these tbh

"Great L3 Teaching Support course "

I have just finished the last of my live sessions for the L3 Teaching Support course, and I can't thank the tutors enough for running such a great course. They all have their own individual ways of delivering their classes, Stefane is hilarious and his classes are always engaging. Alice is so thorough, communicates everything so well and goes out of her way to respond to emails and queries.
Emma has a great way of getting the students to engage through lots of breakout room activities.
Jo-Anne who is the employment manager was so helpful in arranging and paying for my DBS and provided a reference to a teaching agency for me within a few days of me asking her.
The only negative is that tutors are slow to mark assignments, which can be frustrating when you've spent hours doing the assignments.
Overall I loved the course and I feel well equipped to start work in a school.

The training has many assessments and the tutor makes sure you get it right. they respond to your email right away for any questions you may have. I am truly grateful to Helen wild and India Lomas for helping me to complete this course. at the end i had some personal difficulties which prevented me from completing on time, but they Graciously extend my completion time and i was able to complete the course. Thank you so much
