"Trang was so lovely"

Trang was so lovely! She really knows her stuff. I went to her in early pregnancy for 8 sessions to get confident using machines on the gym floor. If you want to make sure your technique is correct and you are not going to hurt yourself by lifting, using weights and gym machines incorrectly - she is your person! Likewise tailoring the advice for each pregnancy stage. She’s also just a lot of fun too! The hour sessions went by very quickly!

"A fun and supportive PT"

I've been working with Trang as my PT for about four months now, and it's honestly been amazing. I was quite nervous at first because I had zero gym experience and wasn't very active, but Trang has been nothing but encouraging since the get-go, and has never made me feel bad about my fitness level or experience.

Trang knows how to push me more than I thought possible, but she also knows exactly where my limits are. The workouts are always changing, which keeps things fun and interesting.

I also joined her "Lifting Ladies" program, which I really enjoy. The classes are small, so you still get a lot of personal attention, but having the group there really helps with motivation. There are a few different instructors, including Trang, which mixes it up. Plus, Trang puts together socials for us, which really helps as it feels like you’re working out with friends.

Since I started I’ve gotten noticeably stronger and more toned, and I'm steadily losing weight and moving toward my goal. Working with Trang has been way more rewarding than I ever expected. I actually look forward to going to the gym now, which is something I never thought I would say!

"Prenatal Personal Training in Highbury & Islington"

I was looking for a prenatal personal trainer to get fit and strong throughout my pregnancy/prepare my body for the task ahead. I chose Trang based on all the amazing reviews she had and I am so glad I did! Trang is an excellent trainer, coach, and all-round human being. She is patient, articulate, clear, kind and understanding. I sometimes find it difficult to coordinate and execute motor skills - Trang is really good at managing this sensitively and breaking down movements into small bite size pieces and helping me repeat them until I am able to do them. She has also adapted our exercises as my body changed and made me feel comfortable and safe, whilst still challenging me and supporting me to move outside of my old comfort zone. She is incredibly knowledge about prenatal and postnatal pregnancy exercise and training, and I genuinely feel she has made me feel empowered, positive and prepared for pregnancy and beyond! I have seen great results, I am so much stronger and fitter. More than that she is fun to be around, a total force of nature, and a really inspiring businesswoman. Highly recommend Trang for general and pregnancy PT whatever your pre-existing fitness level!

"Excellent at fitness training for seniors!"

Trang is a dynamo. A really lovely, committed trainer who will help you - or your older relatives - to reach your fitness goals with a sense of fun.

I asked Trang to work with my 73 year-old mum, who has COPD, had never done any kind of gym work out and was losing muscle mass. Two months later, she is feeling the benefits, getting less breathless, finding the vacuuming easier and having more energy. I'm looking forward to seeing her go from strength to strength.

I'm so delighted I found Trang. She and her brother are both really motivating my mum and going above and beyond to encourage her to walk more and eat healthily. Trang's studio is more than a gym, it's a little community, which is perfect for older people who are a little anxious about starting an exercise plan.

"Great Personal Trainer - Highly Recommend"

Trang is a wonderful, caring and inspiring personal trainer. PT sessions are clear, consistent and constantly evolving to maintain focus.
I have had very little strength training experience but Trang made the sessions feel achievable but with a equal sense of progression.

"I highly recommend Trang as a personal…"

I highly recommend Trang as a personal trainer! Prior to training with her, I had never stepped foot in a gym and the idea was quite daunting. However, Trang made me feel comfortable, safe, and welcome from the beginning. She is patient and knows how to push me while keeping me motivated. Now, training is no longer intimidating and I feel stronger and more confident both physically and mentally.

Trang genuinely cares about her clients and makes every session enjoyable and fun. Her small training group, Lifting Ladies, is a fantastic way to train with other women in a positive and supportive environment!

"One of the best PTs out there !"

Trang is the BEST! Working with her has been a great experience - she is a great trainer who is patient and pushes you in the right way. She made me a personalised training and eating plan and always take into account issues / things I’m sensitive towards and works around them. She’s also very accommodating of my life schedule more generally. Just a few weeks in and I have seen some great results already - it has been an all round pleasure working with her and I wish her nothing but the best! If you’re looking for a PT in this area, I wouldn’t think twice before going to Trang !

"A warm and approachable trainer"

Trang is a really lovely person and great fun to train with. She always made the sessions we had really enjoyable and personable. I'd recommend her, in particular for anyone who is anxious or hesitant about getting back in the gym.

"Loved this small group class"

Loved this small group class! Positive and ideal for any level, you'll feel tired but great after! Trang is a super coach, really supporting form and technique for the exercises. She spent time to make sure you're doing ok as an individual and provided tips and motivation for us all. Thank you!
