This is a very weird situation, I purchased one item online in China, but they sent me the payment request from PingPond platform, when I open the link, it asked me to set up a business account which I am just an individual to buy an item, that is all, why I need a business to buy an item? second weird thing, it pre-assign a username for my account, and ask me to fill out my SSN number, and the username is an email, which it is valid email on gmail account. with the email, the person could change my password, I thought I could quick pay for this item and close it right away, but this platform doesn't let me to pay for it, it is under review now.

I don’t understand why my payments were declined and I’m given no notification by my so-called account executive. How is this a model for customer service? And why hasn’t anybody called me to tell me how to get the job done.
