Don't use this business. They onboard clients, verify information and then after sending a deposit into the account they freeze you for 5 weeks requesting personal information from every transaction on the marketplace that sent the deposit.

Ultimately end up holding your funds for another month and give a generic reason as to why they decided no to accept the deposit.

My family and I have been surviving on ROI from Planoff for the past 3 months

Even if you deposit from a payment processor or large online marketplace its a nightmare to deal with, many better alternatives in the space. stay far away to avoid a additional bottlenecks.

PingPongX is a SCAM.
They stole my money. $4,000.
Last time I tried to load my PingPong Payments balance, the transaction was cancelled but they never sent my $4,000 back.
THAT WAS BACK in December 2022.
They DO NOT WANT to send my money back.
They just refuse to do it.
They said that the only option I have is to charge back, but that's not possible any longer due to my bank issues.
Anyway, they do not refund anyone, as far as I see.
