Absolute scam, seems to be set up to make money by covertly signing you up to some bs £30/month subscription service - I wouldnt buy any product that forces you to use these clowns to make the purchse, it cost you more than you bargained for

Update! Following my negative review below I would like to add today I received a very prompt and personal response via a telephone call from a gentleman, who is I believe one of the proprietors of Moona. He gave a personal apology for my experience. He also noted that I had also been charged for 2 months membership, his honestly was admirable, as I hadn't noticed. He informed me that I would be refunded for both and true to his word I received both refunds within hours.
I am extremely pleased with the outcome and to be honest shocked that this company responded so promptly and on such a personal level, as this is rare.

I accidently forgot to cancel the free trial and was charged for a month of service. I contacted the customer service team and they were so prompt and friendly at giving me a refund! I was so pleasantly surprised as I had recently had an issue with a much bigger company and a similar issue which the other company refused to help me with. Could not rate moona’s customer service team enough :)

Very deceiving!!! There was no indication that I was setting up a direct debit of £30 a month whatsoever. I rang up cancelled, told I will have a refund in 5-10 working days, still no refund!!! Every time I ring I get lied to, the manager won’t ring me back, so unprofessional, definitely won’t recommend. People unless you want to sign up make sure you don’t as it’s an expensive mistake and caused me a lot of stress.
