Made purchase for £70 from Tower , on payment page was asked to click here for £5 discount , no mention being made that this was signing me up to membership of Moona and £29,99 per month for the privilege . No terms and conditions were ever sent to me although they claim you can cancel in the 7 day cooling off period but no e mail was ever sent to me advising of this . Complete Scam

Moona need to be transparent about the charges and the fact that this is a monthly service (?!) which at no point is ever mentioned. Have cancelled and was told that an email was sent informing me of the charges. But alas, like any normal person, I didn’t think to trawl through my emails after purchasing from an online store just in the off chance they’d forced me to sign up to something with a completely different company.
It really says everything you need to know that in the email Moona send asking you to review their service, once you click “leave a review” you then get taken to a page and have to select either “I am happy with Moona” or “I have an issue with Moona”
Three guesses which of these two links actually brings you to trustpilot, because “I have an issue” certainly doesn’t.

EDIT: kept being fobbed off with ‘we’ll refund you in 10 working days’ very strongly advise anyone who ends up with this to contact their bank to forbid any further charges and let their scam team recuperate the charge as Moona certainly never refunded me despite multiple promises

I can’t pay by any other means except PayPal which I don’t want to do. And then having been through the process I find I now have to sign up to something and then cancel it, just to process my payment.
Not only am I going to cancel the moona signup, I’m also going to cancel my order as I no longer trust the website itself

Such an unforgivable service! I purchased an item from a particular online eccomerce site and wasn't able to 'uncheck' the option to have (a first) gesture to have the £5 taken off the final amount... so as sensible do - they go to the terms and conditions to see how to cancel any sort of 'pay monthly' subscription. - which give Moona their due they send you to the right place.
However - after confirmation that I had been unsubscribed. They go ahead and take the money anyway. - worst still when I talk to them on the customer chatbot - I get the response "can I tell you where to use your membership" - NO! I never wanted to be part of this and the only reason I'm not in the same predicament as others getting their refund back is a luckily had my Monzo card - frozen! WATCH OUT FOR THESE
