€ 34.01, added to previous €36.17, at the moment THEY'VE STOLEN €70.18
IT'S A SHAMEFUL FRAUD
I bought a piar of shoes (on tower-london.com) and one week later I WAS CHARGED OF € 36.17 by MOONA for something I'VE NEVER SUBSCRIBED.
I'd like you to refund me IMMEDIATELY. In the while, I'm going to report this to European Commission ODR page

I would like to add a change to my previous review! I received a call on Monday morning from the director of Moona who had read my review below. He had ordered an immediate refund as this is not how he wishes his company to be portrayed. I do think there needs to be changes to their process, and something to warn people that money is going to be taken from their account, but I thank this man for refunding my payment, and giving me his mobile no. If there were problems with the refund. A breath of fresh air to get something corrected so quickly! Thank you Sir.
This is an absolute scam! Bought a tin of sweets for a friend and they took £29.99 out of my credit card. I didn't sign up for this service, and had no idea until I got the credit card bill. Be very wary buying online, scammers everywhere!!

UPDATE:
I got a very quick response and even a call with a sincere apology and a full refund.
They don't promote the subscription and that you will be charged monthly. Even after I was charged 30GBP I have no access, to any of the discounts and their support team (help at moona dot com) was not helpful at all, ignoring the issue.
I want my money back :((
