Very annoyed!!!!! š Stuck in Dubai and private transfers not turned up with absolutely no numbers to contact transfer or letsgo2. Why even provide a transfer voucher and with no contact details. 15k on a holiday and nearly missed our flight. Had to book a taxi to the airport at our own cost. Last time with let's go2 I'm afraid. Poor communication.

We have used LetsGo2 for all our holidays for many years. We are have always been looked after very well. When we were stuck in St Lucia at the start of COVID, our flight had been cancelled and all contact with the airline was impossible, LetsGo2 found us seats on the last but one BA flight home. The staff are all really friendly, helpful and professional. We have just booked our next trip with them.
