We have worked with Lynton Lasers for over 16 years now and have 3 Lynton machines - the Lumina laser, the Promax Lipo and the Focus Dual. The training we have received over the years has been exceptional but Lynton's service doesn't stop there; the sales, marketing and technical support teams are always on hand to support you with any queries that you may have.
The delivery of products is always quick. We have been nothing but happy with the service we have received from Lynton from day one!

lynton...... what can i say!!?? awesome. awesome from day one. sales team were superb and worked with us to get entry then again to upgrade as we grew the business. after sales is superb from a tech aspect with the machine and services and any fault recovery to clinical support for tricky clients or conditions you get a response from highly trained professionals the same days often within minutes.
they were unbelievable with us during covid with support, training, and assistance and just keeping us going.
cant rate them highly enough

Where do I start. I made a massive mistake with another company many years ago. Then i spoke with Kim at Lynton lasers, and from that day 6 years ago I haven’t looked back my business is growing and growing, with the training and support from Lynton lasers I have built a great business and any questions I have ever had the clinical team have always been there. Not only is the machine amazing and clients delighted with the results, the training is second to none and engineers that know what they are doing when it comes to time of servicing. I have always said to anyone looking at different machines please feel feee to contact me as I will happily share my experiences. I will never go anywhere else. I would highly highly recommend this company a thousand times over. Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff throughout the whole company. "Disappointing Luck of Service and Aftercare Support I would never Use Lynton!!!"
We worked with Lynton since 2019 started training and Level 3 in beauty course to use beauty skin laser machine. They are very supportive until the machine warranty finishes then no one care about you or your business.
The Initia Diode we bought in 2019 from day 1 it had fault, we asked them to replace it with a machine that doesn't have fault, as we all know brand new machine once faulty always going to cause fault and we were right. Now we serviced the machine which basically diagnose check and the charge is unbelievably expensive £700 not a problem. But since the machine used for few days and hasn't been working since.
We called Lynton on the over 3 weeks ago for repair however they have been messing us about with excuses that parts ordered and still waiting to arrive from Spain.
Imagine you have regular clients who has been on holiday in August and in September you fully booked all your clients but you had to cancel them due to Lynton can not fix the machine they sold for over £30K and they do not have part to fix it.
We now lost all our clients and business!
We will never trust or use Lynton ever again !

I have worked with Lynton for two years now and I love them! I have a Luminette-Q system and an Excelight IPL and I am very happy with both of them. Their level of support and customer service is phenomenal and your accessibility to high levels of management is impressive (I speak with the clinical director semi-regularly). If you own or run a laser clinic, I can’t recommend this company enough.

"Onda causes damage that is not disclosed"
I purchased the Onda machine which caused two terrible, undisclosed contraindications that forced us to refer to a Plastic Surgeon.
After months of correspondence the management simply stopped replying to us.
Don’t buy it.
