Richard came today to deliver and install my new ReMove hand piece for my Dynamix and I was amazed how patiently he explained everything to me. He checked everything thoroughly and took time to explain to me what it was done.
He was very polite, friendly and very understanding indeed when I needed to take some photos or record videos. It meant a lot to me.
At the end he reassured me that if I have ANY questions, I can text him.

Richard came to reinstall my Lumina machine and he was absolutely brilliant!
He explained everything throughly to me that I needed to know, including ways to help look after my machine more (no one else has done this), and this type of customer service goes a long way.

Richard (Service Engineer) visited our clinic today to install our Excelight Laser System.
The day before Richard kindly notified us of an approximate time for the visit. Richard arrived promptly and was a pleasure to deal with throughout.
He explained everything he would be doing and was happy to go through everything I needed to know about the day to day use of our Excelight system and answer any questions I had. Richard was professional and knowledgeable throughout.
