I have been able to access a series of really useful marketing training, have access to a great business development advisor and have received excellent training for the actual device / treatment protocols. The Motus is a great device but has so many options to treat each indication that a revisit was much needed . We built on the initial knowledge shared by Becky and this has boosted our understanding and confidence. The training department have been really helpful and supportive and Becky is our main contact .

Training excellent with ongoing clinical updates at no extra cost. Clinical team on hand to answer medical queries when necessary with a quick response. Engineers on time and go out of the way to ensure everything is in working order. Very pleased with my IPL device which I have now had for several years with fantastic results.

"Stopped working after engineer’s visit"
I bought our Motus laser device 16 months ago and it worked most of the time. We put up with the issues we had as the service department weren’t particularly helpful or interested. Two months out of the 12 month warranty and after a service and an additional visits by their engineer, the machine is now unusable and I’ve now been told to wait another 3 weeks for part to be sent by donkey or carrier pigeon from Italy. If they managed to fix i will have lost 6 weeks of laser trade during my busiest time. Buyer beware!
