This is usually a good company- the logs are great quality and value for money. Delivery usually expected in three days. Due to snowy weather conditions the logs took a week and a half to arrive but Berkshire logs explained reasons.

There is a lesson here- make sure you order your logs in plenty of time- it's no good ordering at the last minute, you never know when the weather is going to turn bad.
