"Withdrawal not receive since 3 Aug 22"

My withdrawal was approved 3 Aug 22 and money not received. Raise a support ticket and only received a reply 4 weeks after lodging it and saying that they are looking into it and will reply within 3 to 5 business day.
I am still waiting to hear back from them. Really disappointed with their support team.

"Been with TFXI since 2015"

Been with TFXI since 2015, monthly dividends are definitely jaw drop. However, the support are really very disappointing as they wasn’t responsive which might caused investors to be nervous what’s going on. Since the company are generating good profitable trading, the management should seriously consider to invest more to improve on their customer support. It’s definitely one of the poorest service from corporate I encounter in my life. On one occasion, it took them 2 months to respond my enquiry and sometimes the withdrawal is not consistently on time and created unnecessary panic to investors. Trading is perfect but support is the worse in the company.

"Withdrawal"

I submitted a withdrawal for a substantial amount of my funds on 8th of September and was approved a day later on the 9th September. The funds were deposited in my account on the 21st September exactly 12 days after the approval was given. It is only fair that I write an honest opinion of the experience I had. Whilst I can’t vouch for the firm’s continuity but it has so far stood the test of integrity. I have been an investor for almost a year.

"Investing through Fund Manager System…"

Investing through Fund Manager System in Triumph FX since 2020 and thanks for the amazing system coz until now is excellent. I never withdrawing my profit or fund via Crypto coz my knowledge about crypto is so basic. Withdrawing my profit via BANK never got problems.

After requesting WD from Website on Monday and then Tuesday got money. Sometines on Friday. Until now less than a week got my money.

So my advice, WD through Bank.

I have had a great experience with TFX and their consistency in returns. I truly feel bad for those who experience support or service issues. Except for some delayed support response, I have full trust with TFX.

My withdrawals/transfers are prompt and I live a better & stress free life now. May you find yours too.

Withdrawal approved but haven't receive money more than 30 days.
I have received my withdrawal approval on 17 August 2022. However, until today i have not received my money via USDT.
I have also raised a support ticket regarding the issue but received replied asking to wait for 3-5 working business days to check with financial department. But, no update so far.

Please reply my message as i have sent more than 7 messages. i am getting very worried why i have not received my money and no one care to reply my ticket.

I'll give a better rating after receiving my funds.
