I am with this broker since January 2021 using their PAMM - Managed Funds. Results are pretty impressive each cycle. Very good opportunity for having a good, persistent passive income.

Sometimes you can experience some delays but finally it is worth to be patient and to stay with them.

I am aware that some people has experienced some delays with withdrawals in USDT, but they can always withdraw their funds in a different way, like telegraphic bank transfer, if they are inpatient.

Finally I definitely, recommend it!

My husband though a China passport holder is a legitimate resident of Malaysia. The last 2 withdrawals can be done into his bank account In Malaysia. For this cycle, he is required to only use his China local bank account with no prior announcement given! Even ticket raised #412839 to communicate the authenticity of his resident status and our willingness to provide a proof of residential address and documents etc has deliberately been ignored. This is dampening our confidence towards TFXI and also the circle of investors around us!

While the results of trading is consistent, are we guaranteed the withdrawals at all with ever-changing, uncommunicative requirements, and complete snub by the CS for 5 tickets issued.

i did a withdrawal from my trading account straight to my local bank account.. No issues. 4 business days wait. It is what it says it is; consistent performance and withdrawalable profits.

My withdrawal ID 662738 was approved on 03-08-2022, 01:40 and the waiting period 14 business days is already passed but I haven't get my money in my account yet. No response from TFXI, no information, no communication. This is very unprofessional customer support and I have been waiting for 27 days there is no feedback at all. No feedback at all from Facebook, Trustpilot, and Triumph supoort ticket. Please take action as soon as possible I hope I will get my money withdrawal soon. I need it badly for surgery. I submitted a bankwire deposit of USD 1000 but still having my request on pending, and not deposited into my traders account for 2 days. I submitted proof of receipt x2 and a support ticket #424537 with no reply yet.

I have done many withdrawals via USDT before, and successfully withdrawn within 1 week. However, this particular withdrawal(Id#603300) was approved on the 18/July/2022, but I have yet to receive my funds in my designated e-wallet. I have raised a support ticket#385514 on the 27/July/2022, and yet to received a response explaining the delay in my withdrawal, which is 1 month now.
This has made me lose confidence in the withdrawal process offered by TFXI.
Please help to look into this matter and I will re-rate if the above withdrawal issue is resolved. Thank you.

21/Sep/2022 - Resolved.
TFXI finally resolved my withdrawal issue after waiting for 3 months. I received my amount in USDT in my wallet, as with previous wallet address used. No explanation given by TFXI as to why the withdrawal was not transacted within the stated timeframe of 12 days. Better support and improvement to the withdrawal process should be look into by TFXI. Overall, TFXI is awesome. Thanks

"Withdrawal Received In USDT"

I made 2 withdrawals and were approved on 22 Aug & 24 Aug. Both transactions were completed this morning 27 Aug and received in my Huobi wallet. I guess huge volume of withdrawals recently and pls allows few more days for them to process. Thumbs up for TFXI
