Very bad experience due to delay in withdrawal which is taking more than 14 working days.
My withdrawal was approved on 17/8/2022 but until now I have yet to receive my withdrawals.
Previous experience was nice because withdrawal of USDT comes within a few days, but this time the wait is devastating.

Not only I lose my confidence in triumphfx, my friends and colleagues who I have invited into triumphfx has also reduced their trust on this platform.

Please get this sorted asap so that we can gain back our confidence, to have more people to join this platform. It is difficult for us to convince our friends to join when we are experiencing such severe issues.

I will rate 5 stars once received my funds. Thank you!

I have been investing in this broker company since August 2021. I have 4 funds and earning profit for every cycle. So far, I have no issues withdrawing my profit nor depositing my money to/from any banks globally. They did it within 14 days as per their terms and condition. If I have any problems regarding technical issues ect, I will create the support ticket. I believed some of us may experiencing late reply from them, however, tfxi never fails to solve any problems occured. Triumph fx is one of the trusted forex broker so far!

My withdrawal ID 689817 was approved on 2022-08-17 03:51:13 and the waiting period 14 business days is already passed but I haven't get my money in my account yet. No response from TFXI, no information, no communication. This is very unprofessional customer support and I have been waiting for over 20 days and there is no feedback at all.
It's truly disappointed if compared to pass few months , don't know what wrong to them .

I have done my USDT withdrawal on 27 July . But this withdrawal has taken more 14 days and I'm not happy with it.
