I am not normally a "review" person, per say. However, CTMe software's customer service has inspired me. I am an 8 years user now of this software and I have never had issues that lasted for more than 5 minutes. The help section alone (includes step by step videos!) is actually user friendly and if that's not your jam, JUST CALL. No long hold, no endless automated systems that spins you in circles without addressing your issue. There's a real live person on the other end that will have you're issue resolved in minutes. I can't tell you what a relief that is when you're overwhelmed and over worked and need a contract out asap. They'll never leave you hanging.
