Where do I start…The Ups and Downs of e-commerce!

After an exhaustive search of Operational partners for my e-commerce business, I settled on Ecom Authority, arguably the largest vendor in this industry. Am I glad I did!

My original goal was to sell on Amazon, and after stocking my store with an initial product for the 90 day break in period, Amazon decided to deactivate my store without any rationale. Working with Ecom and their experience helped me navigate the Amazon bots, but, after 4 months of submitting all the proper docs 15 times Ecom offered a pivot to WalMart.

Chatting with Dan via the Ecom portal (late at night, I will add), he sent me the paperwork and process and within 48 hours I had an operational WalMart store ready for inventory. Ecom even offered to buyback my Amazon inventory and move the funds to my WalMart store. Within 30 days I was stocked and actively selling on WalMart making $$!!!

The Ecom experience with WalMart has been nothing short of spectacular, and is exactly what I expected from Amazon. Ecom was by my side and adjusted their model to fit the needs of their customer, ME. And I couldn’t be more excited for what the future holds working with Ecom. We sold over $12k of inventory in the first two weeks of being live on WalMart thanks to Ecom…we are still deactivated by Amazon by the way! Great customer service Dan. Appreciate your efforts!!

It was a tough start having to deal with endless verification issues from Amazon, no fault of Ecom's. Through this however, Ecom has gone above and beyond to resolve these issues and be completely transparent throughout the entire process. Knowing the long road ahead dealing with Amazon, Ecom was able to forge a relationship with Walmart and give us an opportunity to become sellers on Walmart's platform. I have been working with Ecom Authority for a while now, and although we faced some significant challenges, I am happy to report that my Amazon account has been reactivated and we are back in business. The road was not easy, but it’s important to note that none of these issues were the fault of Ecom Authority—this was entirely on Amazon’s side.

At one point, my Amazon store was deactivated, and I was facing charges from Amazon even while the store was offline. Despite the challenges, Dan and his team at Ecom Authority remained supportive and proactive. I was sending appeals every two days, and once the case finally reached a human at Amazon, the process moved quickly. Within two weeks, my store was back up and running.

Dan and his team provided all the necessary documentation, such as supply chain invoices and shipping documents, proving the authenticity of my inventory. They worked tirelessly to ensure that all requirements were met, despite Amazon’s slow and often confusing processes.

Additionally, Ecom Authority has helped me set up a Walmart store, so now I have two active e-commerce stores. Their team has been highly professional, transparent, and helpful throughout this entire journey. They always responded to my concerns and kept me updated, even when it seemed like nothing was moving forward.
