I’ve been wanting to write this review for a while now so I’ll be thorough about our experience with Ecom Authority without being too drawn-out. This was a really big decision for my husband and I because although we had the money to invest into something like this, we weren’t really sure if this done-for-you type model was legitimate. My husband found the opportunity through an online ad so we decided to reserve out immediate judgment and look into it further. Our sales rep was a gentleman named KC who proved to be extremely knowledgeable about the business model and Amazon has a whole. He was a great resource throughout our sales and even on-boarding experiences.

After a period of indecisiveness and much due-diligence, we finally decided to go ahead and move forward with Ecom Authority based on their positive standing with the FTC which is a compliance authority who keeps these types of companies accountable and takes extra measures to make sure they’re running above board. In addition to the FtC, we liked the fact that they sell consumables which made a lot of sense over clothing or any other diversified niche in e-commerce, and ultimately we felt we had a great backing with the 90-day inventory buyback and the money back guarantee Ecom Authority offers.

It did take some time to get our store up and running, but the timeframe wasn’t outlandish enough to complain about on here. I mention it only for those who might be looking for a quick turnaround. After those first few months of them building our store and getting those seller authorizations in our name to sell name-brand products, we were excited to meet the team members we would be working with moving forward. It’s been easy to get ahold of our account reps with questions we’ve had along the way and we really like that’s Ecom Authority has their own platform we utilize for all communication between us and the team.

We have never been asked to pick products to sell which was one of the focuses we were really after because we have a few friends who tried their hand at selling on Amazon and not one of them has found lasting success. Our store offers household goods and accessories that have proven to sell very well. We are buying new inventory approximately every 34-37 days on average and have never been asked to put in additional money outside of the upfront buy-in and inventory spend, not for inventory or anything otherwise. We have been able to see a healthy return on investment every month with some months even being more than what we were told we could expect.
