Ordered online on 18 December and did not expect to receive for Christmas 2022. Payment was processed quickly.The video by email of the delay was unhelpful and emailed back to post it on Facebook but there was no response till I followed up on Facebook. The Fedex shipping details were helpful to keep track. Received my order in 2 batches with latter received on 9 January 2023.
Must add, however, Karolina personally followed up by email in February to apologise for the earlier delay. A subsequent request was delivered within 8 days! Thank you Karolina for trying your best. Much appreciated!

I received a reply from the Pastry Made owner. She directly addressed my concerns and offered her sincere apologies for the delay. She told me my pins were ready for shipping but she offered to cancel my order if I was not willing to wait. I am still so excited to receive these and I agreed to accept the order. I have been able to confirm shipping is in progress as she provided me the tracking number.
I am extremely happy with Karolina's response and she has gone above and beyond to insure I am satisfied. I am very grateful for her response.

The first time I came here I did just because I wanted to read as much reviews as I could, especially the bad ones, 'cause yeah, I was a bit scared. I was worried that this was a scam and you guys helped me seeing this through. I ordered two rolling pins the 9th of December and I was hoping to receive them for Christmas, but shipments got delayed, Karolina even sent a video message about it. I got my pins now and they are BEAUTIFUL, ok? The engraving is so good in all the details I'm shocked. Even the Christmas gifts are so well made!
Pastrymade is just a small business, run by the hard work of a team of artisan, and this is something I respect with all my heart. The reality is: we are all so used to ultra fast e-commerces that most of the time sell cheap things and exploit workers, that when a company does things with care and attention and takes longer to do that, we immediately get enraged and think of a scam.
Pastrymade is a reality like no other in this context, and I will support them from now on.

I ordered two rolling pins for Christmas presents. I got a video message two weeks later, shipments were delayed, HOWEVER, they were delivered the day before Christmas, I was so thankful!!
