I took advantage of the Black Friday deal (2 rolling pins + cookie cutters, mat, brush, recipe book as pdf) on the 21st of November. Before placing the order was able to ask questions via webchat (I was ordering from the UK), which were answered promptly. I also received regular updates on the status of the order on the 28th of November and 2nd December. The products are well made and carefully packed. Would definitely recommend!

Precioso producto artesanal de gran calidad, atención al cliente excelente y cercanía con el comprador.
Tardaron mas de lo esperado en producirlos, pero fueron conscientes y mandaron un vídeo pidiendo disculpas, enseñando su taller y el "atasco de producción navideño" que tenían. Me encantó la amabilidad y sencillez que transmiten.
El envío finalmente llegó a tiempo, perfectamente embalado y mis familiares quedaron encantados con sus rodillos para hacer galletas :)

(Como mejora diría que indiquen en el pedido que además del tiempo de envío, hay que añadir el tiempo de fabricación, y que es variable)

Ordered a few things in the beginning of December and haven’t received them nor an update on what’s going on. Shipping is supposed to be a 5-7 day process it’s been almost two weeks now. Can’t get in touch with anyone through the company either.

"Received earlier than anticipated"
Received earlier than anticipated. I’d recommend ensuring that you review your order. For some reason my 1st order had the wrong number in the box, which I had filled in on each individual pin, so really don’t know how that happened. But they fixed this up with thanks & I reordered. But paid postage twice. The products are very good, although the pastry cutters & recipe book, probably glad I got as free gift. The ethics of this company is amazing. I will order again as the pins are beautiful & too many designs to pick from.

I ordered three rolling pins early December and they arrived in just over two weeks. Considering the time of year and where they came from I was extremely impressed! I also love my rolling pins, the detail, the craftsmanship and the customer service. I will definitely order from them again. Can’t wait to use them. !!!

Totally impressed, not just with the product but with the communication regarding my order. It arrived at my door quicker than I expected in South Africa. Definitely worth supporting this family business. If only I'd ordered more Xmas rolling pins sooner, they make great Christmas presents for my baker friends. Note to self - order earlier next year!

"I love my Jesus Christmas rolling pin"
I love my Jesus Christmas rolling pin! It's so beautiful and the cookies are delicate and lovely. One tip for rolling your design is to roll out your dough first with a smooth rolling pin to approx 1/4" thick and as wide as the rolling with the deigns. Using firm pressure with your fingers spread across the pin evenly and slowly roll forward. Use a biscuit or cookie cutter to separate the cookies. I baked mine for 7 minutes at 375 degrees and they were so light and melt in your mouth. Do NOT cook the cookies until light brown, cook them until the bare edge is barely light brown and the tops still white. Use a stiff bottle brush to clean out any dough that might stick after it dries. Don't forget to oil your pin well using a paint brush to get in the nooks and crannies. I used Avocado oil to season my pin and I let it setup overnight before using it.
