Used freetobook for years! They have only got better with time. Customer support was amazing during the harsh covid time and supported us throughout. I would highly recommend it if you have an accommodation to manage. Well done team freetobook!

Only signed up to a channel manager a couple of months ago, I know I made the right decision with Freetobook, seeing and responding to all my bookings are so much easier now. Wished I had done it sooner.

Fantastic service with real people answering queries via the help system or by phone. A small UK business where you get to know the people running it. The channel manager is brilliant. You set up the pricing and discounts you want on FreeToBook - very easy to do, and they setup these discounts on all your channels for you. A single place to maintain prices - a dream. And the costs must be the lowest in the industry at £1 per booking!

Freetobook is a fantastic product that does all you could wish for (and probably more!).

Do not be put off by the simplistic styling. The functionality is great and easy to use. Every time I have thought "wouldn't it be nice if...." I have discovered that it does exactly what I need.

On the rare occasions that there has been a problem, the response is rapid and all explanations are jargon free.

We have used Freetobook for a number of years, it’s good value, and their software is very user friendly and easy to use, everything is centralised to one online diary and you can select as many or as few of the options you require. Any support queries are quickly sorted and the team are extremely helpful, they are always keeping up to date with new developments in technology and making improvements to the system.
We would highly recommend Freetobook for anyone in the hospitality industry.
