I just started using the GoSite Platform for my wife's art studio business. The free version I picked first and everything was delivered as promise. We have already processed are first transaction through it. The ease of getting a payment from a customer was amazing. We are going to upgrade to the full suite.

Current customer- terrible service and very disappointed . I was really rooting for this business but it has been nothing but a complete nightmare. They have not delivered on one single promise or service they advertise. Mounds of mishandled commitments and poor follow through makes me regret my decision to work with this business. Going on 6 months and my account is still not fully set up and the listings (or lack thereof) is still missing a lot of my business information. Speaking with their support is pointless; they give more commitments but no follow through. Also, they speak to you with so little care, regard and concern; no empathy. You ask to speak to mgmt and are denied. Not the experience I was hoping to have or the service (or lack thereof) I expected to receive.

I was lied to by sales from the very start, there only reason for getting me to switch, was all based upon a lie. My secetery/fiance who backround was in Digital Marketing and writting content for websites, was apart of the whole proccess. There was not misunderstanding, they flat out lied , based the sale upon it, i got worse services than i did from local company i switcched from, for only slightly lower price.Stick with your current company if thinking about switching. You get what you pay for with them, and lies to go. Would never recomend or use again.

This group of people is phenomenal. From their Sales Team (Louie T.) who was kind and patient all throughout the initial stages of account sign-up / set-up, to their Implementation Team (Kristen) who actively listened to our needs and assisted warmly in the beginning stages of what was needed. But MOST NOTEWORTHY of ALL, to their Web Team leader (Nicholas Weber) who was remarkable all throughout the process - for his very timely responses and precise and immediate action to the changes needed. The service we received from Nick is unrivaled. The GoSite teams are exceptional. I wish I could think of a better superlative word to describe them because they truly deserve to be honored.

This is a fraudulent company. do not give them your card information. notice you cant find public reviews of them. they are horrible. They stole my money and killed my site costing me thousands. They cannot build a real website. do not trust them at all.

I joined gosite after the people had called me for three years asking , wait, begging me to join their service.
I finally joined with a deal, I have been paying $99.00 per month and that is where it will stay throughout the length of my service with them.
This would be fantastic if they could deliver what they promise.
So far, I have had issues with the messenger system, and for the second time in about 3 months, I am not able to access my notifications. This is what this site is all about, letting me get back in contact with my potential customers. I am being blocked from seeing any of the information they sent me because the system is not working AGAIN.
When the "professionals" spelled my secretaries last name wrong in her email account that they set up for her, it took over a week of trying and several messages with the correct spelling, They spelled it even more wrong than they did in the beginning. Then |I got a message telling me they would not do it because it is her personal email account. This is an email that I am supposed to be paying $5.00 per month for from gosite. They do not even care to look at what they are talking about before giving wrong information.
My notifications were not working recently and I sent them a message telling them about it and that was supposed to be fixed along with the messaging system. Well now this morning, I click the notification bell and it does absolutely nothing.
I am done wasting my money with these unprofessional people and will be searching pout a replacement for them.
And this Clarisse person keeps telling me how good of a deal I am getting. Well let me tell you something Clarisse, No matter what I am paying, I am still not getting what you guys told me I would be getting. And that is good service. You personally have given me an attitude with your responses and snappy answers very much not being professional to me.
So I now start to search for a replacement for this company and will not look back once I find one. I am very disappointed with gosite and its services. The people are unprofessional and I have had problems since day 1. Many promises, not as many results.
