Terrible sales tactics. They harass you until you agree to listen to them, refuse to be put off, if you hang up they just spoof different local phone numbers and keep calling you. James was the "sales manager" they assigned to harass me. He used a chula vista phone number until I stopped answering it, then several different times called me from different local to me numbers.

Gosite sucked from the initial. It's unbelievable how incompetent and untrustworthy they where am I situation. They changed me every month for 90 days ( got my money back from bank ) for doing absolutely nothing. They got my account suspended with Google and kept it that way for 7 months w t f without any contact to me in regards to my listing, just billing department trying to get money? For what? Had me request my Google card, then wouldn't except it, had to do it myself, which anyone could do. I gave them many opportunities to resolve issue, I was denied the services they claim to offer due to total neglect. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND these ass clowns they are not able or reliable. A WAIST OF TIME!

I'm glad please stop sending me this message I don't want your service anymore it was a waste of hard earned money in a time where everyone is suffering and businesses closing and trying to find ways to keep their business open
I thought that by the promised that your representative told me I used the only money that I had left to join GOSITE knowing that your company was going to help my company. What a lie I was told just so you can take the last money that I had and waste it on your lies
I will make a promise to your company and this promise not like your promises I will keep my word and I will let everyone that I can that is an owner of any business about how sad, mulipitive your company is to take advantage of anyone during these times or any other time
You company is a scam and I will keep my promise to you not like you did to my company

"They are a JOKE....they wouldn't stop…"
They are a JOKE....they wouldn't stop bothering me, calling daily, but when I wanted to cancel I received NO response except the one email saying they couldn't get their payment from me! They used MY website and took off the best parts! Waste of money. I haven't had ANY additional business from them whatsoever, not even one call. My answering service is still blinking 1. The line I set up to test go site. I think I'll stick with my other advertising strategy. I was promised I would see a huge difference in business picking up,

These guys saw this review and made certain that I was contacted and treated with great care. Honestly, we all make mistakes and sometimes how you respond is the true test of your character. Well done and thanks for caring. I’m changing to 4 stars.
First, I had a phone call with a salesperson, who rolled out a pretty convincing argument as to why I should choose Gosite. He was being firm in his quest to close a deal right there on the phone. As I reminded him once again that I wanted to think about it and that I was going to be late to my client meeting and had to go, we decided to talk a couple days later. That was today. Between then and now, I received several calls from several companies trying to do similar marketing plans for me so I became skeptical and more assured that more research was the way to go. I tried telling the salesperson I wasn’t I interested right now but he kept pushing. Now, as soon as anyone tries to pressure me into a situation, I walk away. That’s when I told him, ‘I’m sorry, but the answer is no and we won’t be discussing it further.’ Let me tell you, I was a firm maybe. FIRM. If he had any perception he’d have picked up on that, stood by his company’s quality and ability to do what I need, and let me come back on my own. Now what? How many customers look past Gosite after sales like this? I mean, what was the point of sending me a text?

"Do not use"
Its been a month since signing up with Gosite. Still no website. They took my old site and copied it even though I told them do not use it. They don't know how to write or even copywrite. I personally spent hours working on the website changing pics and writing to have most of it taken down. Also I found out that the Alexa app wasn't setup.
They did fix my directory and had Siri setup.
They do somethings they say but failed on others. They charged my account but will not reimbursed me. I even told them to charge for what was done and reimburse me but they won't. I'm would not recommend them!!
