We cannot fault the Porch and windows they were very well made, but the communication was appalling, we had to chase up all the time and even when we were told of the installation date we had to phone to ensure they were coming, we told one date by the surveyor and 3 months later we were still chasing to be told it always takes 10/12 weeks from surveyors visit, just wish they had been up front with this.

"Repairs"

I needed to have 2 windows replaced as the seal had gone. The original appointment was with a manager who explained everything to me and the cost of the repairs.
The second visit was by the surveyor who measured the windows and looked at the seal around the whole frame, he came back a few days later and carried out the work.
All was done with a minimum of fuss and a professional manner.
