My name is MR KAUSHAL PATEL, recently we have had our conservatory build by SMITHS last year around September/ October 2019. I have a leak inside the conservatory where it is dripping water inside from the roof, and also the gutter outside is dripping the water from the joint and as mention previously (in an email) the corner where it was leaking water I had someone from your company came and look at it and he did some seal around it, but the water is still coming inside from the corner so that need to behave a look at it again. Also, the double door that leads to the garden is not locking after we open it to go into the garden. WHEN WE TRY TO CLOSE IT AND PULL THE HANDLE UP TO LOCK IT, THE HANDLE DOESN'T GO UP WHICH PREVENT IT FROM LOCKING, SOMETIMES WE HAVE TO LEAVE THE DOOR UNLOCK AS WE CAN'T LOCK IT. WHICH IS A RISK, SOMETIMES IT LOCKS SOMETIMES IT DOESN'T.
I have to say the customer service is really really poor/bad. I have sent an email to sales, on 18th June 2012, but no reply. Then I sent another email on 08th June 2021, I got an email back from them with a link to fill in a request call which I did but guess what no call or reply. I have sent another request call back form again today. Tried to call the office but no answer. These issues have been going on for more than 1 month. I would not recommend this company to anyone who wants work done.

After my first review you asked for more details about my claim and informed me my guarantee was halved to five years from ten. I supplied these, my review was accepted by Trustpilot but still you do not reply, Do I have to take you to court to get a small blown window replaced because you can not be bothered to look after your customers and call them back after request for service via the web site and phone when the sales team called me. Seems one department is working but no one for contractual repairs.
