"Excellent window fitters"

The window fitters did a very good, tidy job at a bargain price. They arrived in good time & were very quick, replacing my front bay windows & two big sash windows in six hours! They cleaned up after themselves. The windows look great & my flat is cosier, quieter & more secure.
I liked the fact that this a well established, local firm & that the salesman who gave me a quote, was down to earth (he didn't put on a show), thorough & not pushy, although I did subsequently find one member of staff very persistent in trying to secure a contract, no doubt due to the anxiety of an impending lockdown. I was a bit disappointed in the surveyor as he did not wear a mask (it was July) but fortunately, he didn't need to come inside for long.
I would recommend Smiths for good quality, good value, window fittings.

We have used Smith Glass Ltd in the past and have always been pleased with the quality of their products and also the fitting of them. Having had all our windows, soffits and fascias done we ordered a new front door and side panel. We are really pleased with the end result and the fitter was extremely professional and fitted it all in record time and tidied up afterwards. My husband did notice a slight gash on the door trim but no problem - the fitter came back the next day and replaced it. Would highly recommend.

The work and installers were really good (very happy). Our only issue was trying to get hold of the sales team before the works started and if I needed to speak to them afterwards as the offices always seemed closed.

I have tried to contact this company over the last month
I have requested the documents for my conservatory roof
We was not given a contract or order number
I have sent emails asking for someone to contact me with no response
After sales is very poor I do understand the difficulty with COVID-19 but surely a phone call or an email is not to much to asked

At the time of the installation we was not given any paperwork with contract numbers on or any document with guarantees all we ask is someone talks to us.

After some extensive research and visits from other companies I chose Smiths because they gave the best advise. The sales visit was clear, and the installation was straight forward, all of the staff I have spoken with have been supportive, informative and happy to help. I will be making another purchase very soon as I renovate my house!
