UPDATE Nova contacted me by phone and refused to accept there was any problem. My suggestion's that they needed a dedicated emergency number and offer reassurance and assistance in an emergency rather than try & find an excuse not to help fell on deaf ears. I also challenged them they need to ask more questions in the application process, as other companies do, that would
filter and guide customers as to whether their product is suitable. They are very quick to take your money & you only find out they are useless when you have an emergency. Their own webpage gives them a score of 1.3
AVOID at all costs
Total disgrace. I was unable to contact them when I had a double tyre blow out on the Autobahn. Had to pay local recovery service & hotel which I've been told I cannot claim back. It took 20 minutes to get through when I requested a home start 4 days ago and was quizzed about my vehicle which they say is not covered as its a converted van. I wasn't asked this when they took £117 for Gold Cover. I'm having to take out another breakdown cover to get things sorted.

Getting breakdown cover from Nova Direct was extremely straightforward - all online. They had many of my details from previous year’s policies so signing up again was easy. Their prices are extremely competitive and offer everything that I need for basic cover. This is my third year with Nova Direct and I cannot fault their service.

Needed to make a small change of the policy, which was done through an online chat. The issue was dealt with easily and quickly and I thought there would be a small charge but I wasn't charged, which was a bonus.

I bought a new iPhone 14 last year for my 15 year old son. Unfortunately I have been laid off work and I had to sell the phone. I took an insurance policy for it . Now its due for renewal i couldn't find how to cancel the policy. The person I spoke with was Samantha she has helped me and cancelled the policy. Just a big thank you to you Samantha. Hopefully next year will be a better year thank you again x
