Scam.
Allowed me to auto-renew and pay premiums for 3 years on an accidental damage policy
Then when I did make an accidental damage claim made me jump through unimaginable hoops before finally saying "You must complete the gadget validation process within 7 days of purchase."
If my policy wasn't "validated" and thus impossible to make claims from - why would it be charged & auto-renewed
Edit following reply:
-On paper the claim has been indicated as "successful"
-However a £75 excess had to be paid in advance of the assessment of the claim
-And the claim amount was limited to £75
-Therefore all they are prepared to do is return the excess
-Thus in effect no payment is being offered for the repair of the device

Would not contact me over a pet insurance claim I tried to make. Charged me £10 to cancel policy and still had to pay remaining arrears for duration of policy left as in their policy. Customer service is non-existent as they just pass you back and forth between broker and claims handler. This is a complete con of an insurance company. Do not be fooled by trust pilot reviews. I will go out of my way to highlight this company's inadequacies both online and in person.
