Disgusting company. Read the reviews. Be warned. Most good ones are on the basis of thier administration before things go wrong.

Our car overheated. We stopped. Let it cool down and topped up the coolant. 2 minutes later the engine had a catastrophic failure due to a significant coolant leak. We called Nova who refused to help and just offered us £50 towards the £1250 recovery fee as the car was still mobile in thier eyes.

Left me with my children at the side of the A303 for 5 hours whilst I organised and paid for an alternative. I hope I can just help one person make the right decision regarding this company. Avoid.
