Claimed for treatment for an ear problem with my 4yr old dog who has no previous issues/claims. Paid out over £400 on treatment. Had to pay £100 excess (was charged £105 as put this on my credit card) before they would process the claim. Received £95 payout. Complained - not upheld and only received a response to complaint after I chased them up 14 weeks later. Very poor ethos, feel like I’ve been scammed. Insurance is not fit for purpose. I rarely write reviews but feel strongly others don’t fall into this trap. Strongly advise avoid this company!

This company uses the claims manager and will do everything they can to avoid paying out. Check the terms and conditions VERY carefully, because they will take every detail and use it to avoid coming to your assistance at the roadside.
