Software was the best software until greedy IRIS took over. They're justifying the price increase with useless extra features. Extra features have no added value, instead making software awkward and dull.

Unfortunately since the software has been taken over by IRIS customer service is very poor, no one is responding to the queries, portal keeps failing and facing following message 404 Not Found.

The software itself is decent enough and easy to use, with a limitation of not having a few key features (i.e. where are the supplementary pages for R&D, CT600L after a year of them being introduced by HMRC?).

However, when it comes to approaching the deadline for filing self-assessments, the software kept crashing due to overwhelm... You would think that as a company owned by IRIS that would be mitigated but no. This has happened on the 31 January 2022 and now also happening on the extended deadline on 28 February 2022...

Not a bad piece of software for a small accountancy practice or a practice just starting out. The main issue is the fact that you cannot add nominal accounts or even change some of the existing ones. Also, some of the information doesn't seem to get transferred from one module to another (eg financial information from Accounts to Corporation Tax).
